No matter what format your list is currently in, ByteMail can convert it. ByteMail can handle most data base files, files from many other applications and text/ASCII file types on media ranging from floppy disks to 9-track tapes, in-house. We can also accept and return files via e-mail.

ByteMail can procees your list to postal standards using USPS certified software. This includes address standardization/correction, adding Zip+4 and Carrier Route codes, move update processing (ACS, NCOA) and all other USPS procedures. We can also perform merge/purge, duplicate elimination/householding, random selects, radius searches, geocoding, linking to Census information, phone matching and many other types of list enhancements.

ByteMail can advise you on the layout of your mailing piece for maximum postage savings and maximum impact. We will even lay your mailer out for you and have it printed, if you want.

Your list can then be presorted (first class, periodicals, standard) and your mailing prepared and taken to the post office.

ByteMail will either return your enhanced list to you in whatever format you wish or keep your list and maintain it over time for you. ByteMail can keep your list current by adding, editing and deleting information as necessary.
